Vacation Rental Host Kit – Welcome Book Builder + Offline App

What you get

Run your short-term rental like a pro — and hand guests a beautiful welcome book — with one kit that works completely offline.

Most welcome book templates are just a design you have to edit in an online editor. This kit gives you an editable welcome book PLUS a real management app for your properties, in a single HTML file that opens in your browser. No subscription, no account, no internet needed.

HOST MANAGEMENT APP (single HTML file)
• Properties with default nightly rate, cleaning fee, cleaner cost and commission %
• Booking calendar for all properties (type any channel name: direct, website, agency…), overlap warning
• Automatic net income: (nights × rate + cleaning fee) − commission − cleaner cost
• Turnovers created from every check-out: assign a cleaner, tick a room-by-room checklist (editable), same-day turnover alert
• Supplies with low-stock alerts and a printable shopping list
• Maintenance log with contractor, priority, status and cost
• Monthly reports: occupancy %, ADR, RevPAR, revenue by channel, net after maintenance, 12-month chart — printable
• JSON backup / restore, CSV export, demo data, light & dark theme, works on phone, tablet and desktop
• App languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian

WELCOME BOOK BUILDER
