• Clients: name, contact, email, phone, billing address, notes and an hourly rate that overrides your default rate
• Projects: hourly or fixed price, own hourly rate (optional), budget with progress bar, status (active, on hold, completed)
• Time tracker: start/stop timer that keeps running if you close the page, plus manual entries (date, duration such as 1:30 or 1.5 or 90m, description, billable or not)
• Expenses: date, category, amount, description, billable to a client
• Invoice builder: choose a client and a date range and it pulls in all unbilled billable time and expenses; edit, remove or add lines; one line per entry or one per project; fixed-fee lines for fixed-price projects
