FAQ & downloads

How do I get my files?

Right after payment you get an email from Lemon Squeezy with your download links, and the order page shows them too. Downloads work on phone, tablet and computer; for printing, a computer is easiest.

I didn't get the email.

Check spam and promotions first. Still missing? Email paperlaneprintables@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

What is the online version and how do I unlock it?

Some products include a browser version. Your receipt email contains a license key. Open the product's page under Play online, paste the key and press Unlock. Your data stays in your browser on that device.

Which paper size?

Most printables come in US Letter and A4. The product description lists exactly what is included.

Can I get a refund?

Because files are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds once downloaded, but if anything is wrong with a file, email us and we will fix it or make it right.

Can I share or resell the files?

Personal and single-household/classroom use is included. Please don't share or resell the files. Murder mystery and escape room kits can be printed as many times as you need for your own events.

Do you have Turkish products?

Yes — see the Turkish shop. Those are sold through Shopier in Turkish lira.
